Please make sure you read the appointment descriptions. New patients MUST schedule a New Patient Appointment. If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, you MUST schedule a Re-Exam. If you schedule the wrong appointment, we may not have enough time to see you. We are out of network with all Cigna Health plans and all United Healthcare/Optum plans. All our doctors are “In-Network” with BCBS, Aetna, and a few others. Please contact your insurance to determine our network status with your plan and your Chiropractic Benefits.
